System Requirements

PC & Operating System

ShipRush requires a Pentium II PC of at least 900 mhz. The minimum display size is 1024x768, however larger is required for bulk and Order Manager use of more than a few shipments per day. The following operating systems are supported:

Windows 7 and x64
Windows Vista and Vista x64
Windows XP and x64
Windows2008 Server
Windows 2003 Server and x64
Terminal Server (please click for important information)

32 Bit versions of Windows Vista & Windows 7: 1GB RAM, 400MB free disk space.

64 Bit versions of Windows Vista & Windows 7: 3GB RAM, 400MB free disk space.

Windows XP: There should be at least 256MB of RAM and 100MB of free disk space to install ShipRush. There should be at least 200MB of free disk space for ongoing use.

All Systems: Internet Access

ShipRush requires an internet connection. The internet connection can be via dialup, DSL, Cable Modem, T1, or other similar. Click here for required access and firewall details.

(Technical support may require that your internet connection be a wired connection.)

Printer

ShipRush must be able to print clean bar codes on the shipping label. Peel and stick label stock can be used in thermal label printers and also in laser printers. Plain paper can also be used in laser printers. ShipRush supports laser printers, and thermal label printers.

Electronic Scale

An electronic scale is optional, but really nice!

During the installation of ShipRush, you can create a new ShipRush-ready Stamps.com account, or use an existing Stamps.com account. (Note: Existing Stamps.com accounts may need to be upgraded to work with ShipRush.)
